What happens when structure and softness meet?

Designed for my Senior Capstone; Play Date is A collection of furniture designed around points of interaction between two materials that act as participants on a play date.

Each furniture piece correlates with an exclamation one might hear between two kids, or in this case materials, 

who are learning through the act of play.
